Shimokita Robot Fest

Shimokita Robot Fest is a community-based STEAM initiative centered on robotics, held across the urban landscape of Shimokitazawa, Tokyo.

The festival provides inclusive, hands-on learning experiences that enable participants of all ages and skill levels to engage with technology, creativity, and making.

Collaborative Framework

The event is designed and delivered through a cross-sector collaboration involving local shopping districts, private companies, civic organizations, and students from high schools, technical colleges, and universities.

Each stakeholder contributes its unique expertise, fostering an ecosystem of co-creation that bridges education, industry, and community.

Objectives and Impact

Shimokita Robot Fest aims to:
